Auction Location
- Leigh Creek Coalfield is situated approx 20km north of Leigh Creek (550km north of Adelaide)
Mobile Phone Reception
- There is very limited mobile phone reception onsite (Telstra only)
Entrance Conditions
- Photo ID to be carried at all times
- Minors under 16 years are not permitted onsite
- Enclosed footwear to be worn at all times
- Alcohol not to be consumed onsite
- No smoking onsite
Auction Process
- Traditional auction along with live webcast bidding
- Inspection is recommend as the sale will be conducted from a central area via screen onsite with no inspection during the auction
- Delivery allocated areas and laydown yards will be marked on the site map. Forklift loading up to 1.5 tonne will not incur a charge
- Forklift & crane hire loading charge for plant over 1.5 tonne will be negotiated with site contractor - Max Crane & Equipment Hire
Payment
- All invoices to be finalised in full no later than Friday 11th November 2016 4:00 PM.
Collection
- Limited delivery and limited forklift loading will be available during the auction sales
- Heavy lifting and major forklift loading will commence on Thursday 10th November from 8:30 AM
- All buyers are responsible for the removal of goods from the Leigh Creek site at their own expense
