This sale will be conducted both onsite traditionally and live online via inter bid live webcast (register for bidding via mgs.net.au.)
This Auction will be conducted from the Coonawarra address
All payments to be paid onsite up un till 4pm day of sale, or via EFT with in 24 hours unless prior arrangement has been made.
Interstate and other remote Buyers Please Take Note all fixed plant (Fermenters, Press, Tanks) is to be removed with in 21 working days or by negotiation.
General Plant to be removed within 48 hours, ie tractors, workshop racks etc.
Removal of lots is at the buyers cost, there are no loading facilities, except forklift on the day of sale.
De constructing of plant is to be done by qualified persons with credentials sent thru prior to works beginning.
Crane hire, there are several with in the area, auctioneer suggest pre planning prior to sale.
Paper work will be required to access the site.
All lots are as described by the vendor and or agent, please inspect the sale if unsure of description, qty's or quality.
MGS Staff are available to assist only when possible so please bring adequate labour to remove plant.
