This auction will be conducted traditionally onsite along with a live webcast.
A buyers premium of 16.5% on General will apply. Sale is GST inclusive.
INSPECTION - Morning of sale from 9am
PAYMENT: Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.
COLLECTION: Day of sale until 4pm & following week days from 9am - 4pm.
Kitchen Equipment located upstairs will be disconnected buy owner & brought downstairs on Wednesday the 9th July ready for collections on Thursday the 10th & Friday the 11th of July (9am to 4pm).
All other goods can be collected Tuesday through Friday anytime between 9am & 4pm.
All Goods Must be collected by 4pm Friday 11th July. Refunds will not be issued for uncollected goods.
Photo ID required at time of collection for all credit card payments.
