A buyers premium of 16.5% on General will apply. Sale is GST inclusive.
INSPECTION - Morning of sale from 9am
PAYMENT: Cash/card within 24 hours of sale completion. Online buyers credit card will be processed after 24 hours.
COLLECTION: Day of sale until 4pm & following week days from 9am - 4pm. (No weekend collections)
Note: Some Kitchen Equipment Located Upstairs.
It is the Buyers responsibility to disconnect & remove goods.
All Goods Must be collected by 4pm 30th June.
